The silver fleck is just glass that's not totally wet out.
You have a good shot at not having it if you work in warm temperatures
so your resin is thin and the glass is warm. But you're asking a lot to have the
resin totally saturate the glass cloth and totally displace all the air in the glass
to become totally transparent.
