Check out http://www.ptguide.com/accommodations There are tons of cottages and B&Bs. I just found a cottage one mile from the Park no problem... In case you don't know, Port Townsend is a great little Victorian town and the center of wooden boat activity in the Northwest; more so even than Seattle. It's a worthwhile destination no matter how far you have to travel.
