Hi Dave, a year ago I was in San Pedro and saw a two man dory come in from around the breakwater, then a long sea kayak, then a guy in paddle board. Then an hour later at brunch the same guy in the paddle board went by the restaurant at 22nd st. landing. I don't know, there's people, there's water, there's even a hardware store or two.
