Seattle Fabrics sells a reasonably priced grey fabric that is designed for boat covers. If you have access to a sewing machine that will handle heavier fabric you could custom fit a cover to your boat at quite reasonable cost.

If you're just looking for a short term storage solution, cover it with a cheap (usually blue) plastic tarp.
