if you have a strong beam somewhere and some ht, hang it up so is aligned vertically as possible (maybe 2 lines or quick form for blades w/ hole for line) and put some very hvy wts on the bottom. Direct some warmth over the jt area (so it gets very warm but no possibility of fire) and come back next day. Add wt until something moves. (maybe put in a significant twisting force as well-not enough to warp blades).
if something does not move, just plane it off and start again.
