: No problem, if you have a cabinet scraper wait a day or so and scrape them
: off. If you don't have a scraper, wait a couple of days till the glass is
: good and hard and sand them. You will need to sand the transition well
: anyway but the scraper means a little less arm work.

This did happen to me. I got sanding dust into my football edges that never came out. I used a slow Raka epoxy and scraped and sanded the next day. Sanding in about 3 days sounds about right to me. And perhaps scraping the next day might be OK. I just know I would wait longer the next time.
