I would highly recommend making your own strips.. It will only take a few hours and is the most cost effective way to go. When I built my Guillemot I saved a lot of dough. The other consideration is that you can chose color where you may not get a lot of choice if you buy. Ditto for length. The last consideration is that you can, while you are at it, run feature strips from other species of wood at the same time. Oh yeah,you get more bragging rights by saying, " yeah made it all myself"!
