Actually we could do a whole board of my goofs. But as the say "When a juggler drops a ball he just make it look like its part of the act"

I loved the thread a couple of months ago when someone scorched his bow with a heat gun. Everyone advised him on how to scorch it further to look like a decorative animal.

Anyway here is my list of "I hate it when that happens"

Poorly mixed epoxy - what a mess

End pours that kick too hot and do a china syndrome core melt down

Twisted and bent strips that pull away from the forms

Twisted and bent strips that crack

Hull and or deck that warps when off their forms

Steamed ribs that crack

Family members friends that interrupt you during glassing

Bugs on my varnish...ditto dust

Flush hatches that aren't (flush that is)

Scarf joints that come apart OR misaligned joints that won't come apart

Sanding into the glass

Glass that won't stay flat even under threat of death
