I am now on my hird S+G The first took me a few months. The second I completed to the point that it was ready to varnish in about 6 days working 5 or so hours a day. It was from a chesapeake kit, and came out beautifuly. I am now almost finished with my third which is going to end up taking 50-60 hours. It is from scratch and my own design, and I've been working out some flaws. As long as you go at it methodically and plan out everystep, as you probably know how to from strip building, you will be able to do it for sure! There are a lot of ways to save time. You could use zip ties rather then wires, I tried it on my last boat with good results. Lay your glass down in a couple layers at a time. Stay up late at night
good luck!
cya on the water!
