Sorry Rhed, only antiques found. The Stanley #60 seems to be the tool you may have seen. Manufactured in the teens before WWI. There are a number of them available at antique tool sites for $55 to $75.

I'd guess that the tool can be used inside a kayak and yet with the two blades can be used to round something like a GP as well.
