I'd suggest you talk with Matt Broze at Mariner. Ask him if a guy named Ron Freeman is operating in the area again. He's a kayak thief and has a long history with Matt. He tends to steal to order, so I hope it's not him. His M.O. is to advertise a boat for sale, secure a buyer, then steal the boat and deliver it. The buyer never knows it's not legit.
