Hi Tom,

I'd have emailed you directly with the Q, but thought you were off galivanting around :-) At any rate, welcome back.

: A sling can still be easily attached when you cut open the coaming area. By
: forcing a corner of the sling under the gunwales, you will be able to pull
: it through.

The look on my face say's "Duh" right now. I'll do that tonight. I guess what threw me is that making the side pullouts that tie in to the chines work correctly with the skin on. I'll play around with it though.

:Coating
: both sides of the sling will make it easier to push under the gunwales.

I've got some left over truck tarp that I'll try for this.

: I don't recommend placing a seat directly on the skin/stringers due to stress
: on the widely spaced chines/cross sections of the "snap"
: together FAP-15 frame.

This makes sense - leaving a sling the only way to go here, huh?

: It's good to see that your folder is nearly completed. Success is
: intoxicating !

Yes, and any success is due to your kind and patient guidance. Many thanks.

Wayne
