Hmm, I have noticed that this new page does not appear in the index.

How does the index get maintained? Is it auto-generated or is it manual? I see some comments up the top that says something about it being a list of all the pages that contain a comma. Does this mean that it is generated from a search of everythng with a comma?

I tried editing the index page to see what would happen - it seemed to come up in edit mode but backed out in case I should not do that.

I have looked around and can't find a reference to how the index works. Any of you wiki gurus like to add something to the 'how to create a page' page that says what happens with the index?

Goodness, a final thought. Is it possible to edit a page in such a way that it drops off the index?
