You are certainly due for a new blade. They are cheap and probably worth it. But if you really truly think there should be nothing wrong with your blade, make sure you have enough tension on the blade. Push side ways on the blade, if it gives easily you need more tension. Crank up the tension and see if it cuts better. Also check that your guide blocks are set up correctly.
Unless I just replaced them I install a new blade whenever I am cutting forms or resawing. The aggravation of a wandering blade exceeds the cost of a new one.
