I am throwing out the idea of creating a community boat building shop in Bordentown, NJ. I have found a second floor space roughly 45 x 18 in one area with a room across a hallway 16 x 18. The owner would like at least a one year committment to put heat in, finish the bathroom etc. Anyone in the area interested in shared space? Bordentown is on the Delaware River just south of Trenton. The NJ turnpike is 2 miles away with excellent acess to 130, 295, 206.
