Is it still under warranty? The box is designed to be:

Waterproof to IEC 529 IPX7 standards

(Protected against water immersion.
Immersion for 30 minutes at a depth of 1 meter.)

Which is more than protection against splashing and spray.

If it is not under warranty, you may consider drying it with altitude... If you know someone with an altitude chamber, have them put it in the chamber and take it up to about 40,000 feet. It will dry out right now. 60,000 feet is even better, though you may crack the case.

If you don't know someone with an altitude chamber, do you know someone with a vacuum pump and a steel pipe? Take the thing to about -9 pounds per inch (total of about 5 pounds per square inch) and it will likewise dry right away.
