Brian,

Pavia's post reads: "But I am currently working on an article, describing how to make 100 % waterproof bulkheads - and any hatches You'd prefer - in a traditional SOF-boat, which will be a bit different from what I did to the hybrid."

Pavia's article is about hatches and bulkheads in a traditional SOF, rather than the hybrid he built. I haven't talked to him about this, so I don't know what he is cooking up.
