Here, too.. I've done 6. This past one was the best by far. Usually, we've cooked them at 350*F for 55 minutes (20 lb. bird). They got too overcooked on the outside. This one got 275-290 for 1.5 hrs....yum! Cool the oil, dump it back in the jug, and reuse it next time.
