I went out in the shop and tweaked the sheer strip, moved the strip to the other side (that side looked better). It turned out that the mismatch was on form 9 (I was working from memory - I was posting from work - I hardly ever read the board at work ). I adjusted the position of form 10 and put a little error in several places (usually 1/16 or so) and everything looks better now. I think its time to have a beer and stare at the thing for a night or two before I screw the forms in place.
