In Response To: OK - What does R2K3 mean? (Jim Hoagland)

R = Rendezvous
2K3 = (2 x 1000) + 3 = 2003

It's the West Coast Wooden Kayak Rendezvous kindly sponsored by Joe Greenely of Redfish Kayaks. Kayaks of other construction are equally welcome. It's the people that makes this event so special, so don't miss out. Make your plans to now. You won't regret it.
