White hot glue worked fine for me. I did the same as Chip -- beads of hot glue in the corner formed by the strips and the form, AFTER the strip has been glued, but before releasing the clamps (every third strip or so). I also used clear packing tape on edges of forms, but cut a patch out of the side when I was ready to hot glue, to help it stick. Worked OK.
