We usually come in a couple of days ahead of schedule and leave a couple of days after. It's become our annual "vacation". I think we (Beth and I) have to play this by ear. Trying to work us in to a group may be too much for them to bother with. We could shoot for a site next to the "group" on our own. My experience from past events tells me that the easier you make it for the FW people, the better off you'll be.

We'll get a better idea what's up as we get into next year. We still have a ways to go before April 1st.
