I saw a review of this stuff in a recent Wood magazine (I think). It sounds interesting. It's applied hot and sets in 30 or 60 seconds depending on the type. If I recall correctly the magazine said they used it to glue a butt joint in end grain and after letting the glue set they were unable to pull the joint apart! I wonder if it would be good for scarf joints, either in strips or plywood panels. Or maybe for laminating?
It's kind of expensive. I saw the glue itself in a store for $8.95 a tube. I think the applicator is somewhere in the $20 to $30 range.
