Ha! I figured someone would pick that up :-) Yes and no. They are blow ups of the MacMillan kayak in Mark Starr's book. I had been playing with the model idea (just a frame, no skin), but haven't really decided to do it yet. Pretty hard working with those tiny little stringers and ribs! I think it would make a nice full size boat, but would need to be substantially wider for me :-) I believe the original was 17" . I've also been thinking of Harvey's latest reproductions in Sea Kayaker for models, but don't know if I really have the time for that right now.
