I just love model day on this board. It seems to me that it's becoming more popular (I still remember a couple of years ago being ridiculed for wasting my time since I can't paddle the thing). It's just flat out addicting! And skin on frame models are just as bad. I've built two so far, but have yet to skin them. It doesn't take much time at all, so if you can get an inflated price for them, they'll pay you three or four times the hourly wage. Again not much in materials. And what a blast to contruct. This one was built while sitting around the campfire on a camping trip a year ago. Now I just need to skin it.
Thanks for the price check, it seems way to high, but I haven't seen the detail of it to judge.
