Bert, that electrical shrink tubing works real well. You can slide the tubing on, use hog rings, and then slide the tubing over the two ends and shrink it. Also at West Marine yesterday I saw some liquid rope whipping, I imagine that would work as well.
: Looking for tips on how to treat the end of the bungee, so as when you cut it
: the bungee won't fray.
