If they don't have them in stock, any Makita dealer can order an 8-hole hook & loop contour pad for you. In Oregon, Crown Tool & Supply stocks them. E-mail them at crwn@teleport.com or call them at 1-888-72-CROWN(27696).

I believe DeWalt also has the same 8-hole pattern so they should be available from any DeWalt dealer also.
