Use household ammonia. It is commonly used for removing wax from floors and should work for your mold wax. There should be instructions on the bottle for diluting the stuff for removing floor wax. This may vary a little from brand to brand depending on how concentrated the stuff is. Use that as a starting point.

You can then wash off the ammonia with water.
