Interlux makes a product called Fiberglass Wash, I think it is number 202. It is designed specifically for cleaning fiberglass of waxes oils and other contaminates. It works great but is very toxic (skull and crossbones on the front of the can), so use it outside and wear a respirator.
: I waxed some of the moving parts in my hatch catches in order to keep them
: from being epoxied to each other. Everything was a-ok until I went to put
: a final seal coat on my little service hatch (bottom right

: inspected it last night after it was cured and couldn't believe the
: fisheyes... I must have had my waxy gloves all over that thing. Luckily
: it's only about 12" square. How do I remove the wax. I guess I'll try
: vinegar and work my way up from there.
