I ran into this article on wood dust problems and toxicity. The more I learn about my pastime, the more I use my respirator mask AND dust collectors. I wouldn't think of using any sander that I couldn't hook up to a vacuum.

And people think my job, sewage treatment plant engineer, is risky. Hah. Its the only place I know where people wash their hands before going to the bathroom.
