To mate the deck and hull, I smeared some thickened epoxy on the edge of the hull and taped everything together. Once that's cured, I'll sand the joint and put some light glass on the outside.

The vertical coaming was not a big problem, but I did wish I had smaller fingers. It all went pretty smoothly.

After I build a full-sized version, and assuming I'm pleased with it's performance and behavior, I intend to sell plans.
