I had no voids anywhere, I was really surprised. I missed the match on the scarf joints on one match but it was my fault, didn't mark the edge well enough and lost my orientation during glueup so ended up with a high edge on that piece. The thin outer layers is easy to sand through if you don't watch it or try to fair a corner.

Weight turned out to be a big difference, my panels went from 18 lbs to 22 lbs, quite a difference. I had an extra panel so did not use the 22# one.
