I had a few of these on the deck of my Guillemot.

I ignored them/learned to live with them, but that doesn't mean you have to.

Next time, make sure you squeegee the cloth very well to keep wrinkles/ripples from floating up on the epoxy.

But for now, the best solution is to sand it out and feather new glass on.

You could possibly skip reglassing the spot altogether, but long-term best solution is to reglass.
