Easiest way to set that up is to ask the board if there is anyone close to the border near you who would serve as a drop point. Inevitably, someone will be close or have a friend or relative who is close. It involves some trust because they could talke off with your gallons of RAKA but, generally, you can trust most people (and I work with offenders). Make sure you have a receipt when you got to back across the border.
