MY mistake. I should have been more specific. Hanging the yak from the rafters is how I have mine stored. The pulley system is rated for 125 lbs. I just lag bolted two pieces of 1x12 to the rafters and hung the pulleys from the board. It has worked out nice for doing stuff inside the yak. Just lower it down until my head sticks inside.

I must apologize if my comments were taken as a jab. Bitter sarcasm isn't my nature. I just like looking at other peoples creations. Both for the eye candy factor and filing away for future reference. Strip,S&G,SOF; canoe or kayak doesn't matter. We're all friends here. Share and share some more.
