P.S. yikes, magnets backwards

Tried the hatch this morning and one side sorta floats, middle magnet is right, but the ones on each end on that side are backwards, rats. The cat must have swapped the magnets when I was mixing the epoxy and my back was turned.

How to fix? Could cut off the little ear on the base and putty up another, but it looks so good finished.

I got my trusty sortering iron and heated the magnet in the hatch cover until the hatch was very warm on the backside. Was able to pop the magnet out with a small sharp screwdriver. Whew, just a reglue and we are back on schedule.
