: I would be interested in suggestions of what boat to consider for my
: 5'4", 110 pound, 16 year old daughter. She is athletic and has good
: balance, flexibility, and coordination. She has paddled whitewater some
: since she was 10 or so. She breifly paddled my sea kayak (CH 17) and
: enjoyed it, but I am sure it isn't the best choice for her.

Hey Pete

If you haven't already made your choice, look up Grant Goltz at Squeedunk and check out the Grebe.

I can't personally give you a recommendation, but Shawn Baker and I think Don Beale both used this boat and I believe Don's son also, with very good reviews. I've got the plans here, but it's 3rd down on the list for this winter.... which means spring most likely.

It's built for a 60 to 135lb range I believe.
13'6" long with a 22" beam.

All the best.....
