Well, I just totally wiped my computer and rebooted the entire thing, but for some reason, I can't reset the preferences. ?? As long as I'm on the open window it works, but when I close and then later open back up, it's back to the standard setting with NO FRAMES. When in the frames mode, I've set it to favorites and also created a shortcut to my desktop as before, but the preferences still don't work.

Can any of you computer Guru's tell me what's wrong here??? Is there something in my computer that's not accepting the preferences changes? I have no clue!!

I'm using Windows 2000 just like before.. it's a total reboot of the exact thing that I had before, but I may have missed something in my set up that has altered it somehow. ????
