Hi Chip,
Actually I thought of a Whale pump: a Canadian brand from Vancouver.
Too bad they come to us Europeans at twice the price than Guzzlers come to you.
You may want to look up the Plumbing section.
I suppose the lever pulls the membrane somehow...
