Sorry for not responding right away. I didn't use okkume, just plain mahogany plywood from my local home center. The costs are as follows:

$44.10 for 9 yards of 3.25 oz.(T) 60" wide
$64.50 for 1.5 gallons of epoxy (1/2 of a 3 gallon kit)
$30.00 for 3 sheets 1/8" mahogany plywood ($10 each)
$15.00 for 1 sheet 1/4" mahogany plywood

I did find very high quality mahogany plywood, it had a very good core and the plys were of near equal thickness.

The 9 yards of glass required careful and creative cutting to get complete coverage over the whole kayak. But I was able to get up to three layers in key areas.

I saved some by buying a larger amount of epoxy. I have built several kayaks, and knew I would use the extra epoxy.

There were a few more costs for other items, I used oat flour instead of wood flour or silica, and I didn't count the cost of disposable gloves and foam brushes.
