Hi Russ. You might just be better off starting fresh. I'm not an accuracy freak but having a worry hanging over your head can take some of the fun out of it. Then redos are much harder later on down the road. I would forget the photocopies and trace your layout lines from your original pattern; flopping it along the centerline. You can transfer the pattern using carbon paper, a pounce wheel/charcol bag or just trace around the cutout pattern... mounting the pattern to a piece of posterboard will make it easier to trace. Chuck any forms that are too small and then trim any that are too large. 1/16" is typically the tolerance you want to shoot for.
