Rick, it's kind of a mystery sometimes as to what upsets epoxy and 'fisheyes'. I've had no problem putting last fill coats on a deck in a dusty shop and other times developed fisheyes in a clean one. Safe to say silicone sealant that might be on tools or sandpaper doesn't help. Amount of BTU/$ sure is more effective with the kerosene than electricity.
