Kurt,

Ditto on the scrapers, they are great for removing drips and runs. I use all different kinds of scrapers, from carbide paint scrapers to cabinet scrapers. All of them do a great job on epoxy, making the fairing much quicker, easier, and less dusty. I got my first scraper at Harbor Freight, and have gotten others at Home Depot, and woodworking specialty shops like Lee Valley or NW Woodworker's Supply.

: Appreciate the feedback. I have heard that epoxy gunks up sandpaper almost
: instantly, and so was preparing to toss a pad every coupla minutes.

: Any comments regarding scrapers... that is, what to use and where to get? I
: like scrapers, and this is the first reference to them I have heard
: regarding epoxy finishing.
