I have been using the same one gallon jug for the pst 4 years with no problems. It has not even started to separate. The glue stains the surface of the wood, however you scrape and fair the the surface whick takes all the staining away, so don't worry about it.

I found it intresting that your samples broke at the glue joints. This summer I made some test panels. I could not get the panels to break at the glue joints no matter how I tried to held them. The panels were made using rolling bevals(sp?) joints (not bead and cove joints).

My next bottle of glue will most likely be just plan jane carpentars glue.
