I only used C&B on part of the hull. The remaining joints were square/bevelled. I used titebond on the hull and poly on the deck per Rob Macks' suggestion. I don't think I have ever seen a deck showing joint creep due to heat however, so I don't know if using poly is really necessary. Maybe Bill Price can give us a use report once Beth's new Silver has had some time to enjoy a dose of that nice Idaho summer sun.
