Reading/listening to you guys made me remember how much trouble the wires were on the Cirrus, ha. Most of them are pretty easy, but when you start to close the deck at each end then you start to run out of room to get to the wire except from the outside.

My technique (using soft steel wire) was to start bending the wire as I pushed it through the first plate so as to make a curl in the wire underneath the plate. As I pushed it through I could see it start to hit the hole underneath the opposing plate by using a flashlight to shine through the hole. Kind of like a game at the fair trying to win a teddy bear!

After awhile I got pretty good at this. All you need is to get the wire just proud of the opposite plate then grab with needle nose pliers and pull while pushing from the other end. It did take a while.

My Cirrus is waiting for the postman with my interlux epoxy finish.
