I pour directly out of the gallon jugs, then wipe the drips off with a paper towel and put on the cap. I usually pour into 3 oz cups, or if I am in an area where I'll use a lot, 5 oz cups. Then I pour from those cups into an appropriate size plastic ice cream container to mix. I use the mixing sticks to clean the cups. Accuracy is easy and has never been a problem. Though I've used a lot of different epoxies my preference is for a very slow, blushless epoxy. I don't trust pumps.
