Hi Chris,
I had some of the glue joints freeze before the glue dried all the way. When it unfroze it was like it had been in suspended animation. When it warmed up it started drying again and became hard without fail. This was true for both Tightbond and for the elemer's wood glue.
Solutions: ?? Work with a heater if necessary or Take the yak into the kitchen for the night when you do not want to heat the work space.
I've done both. If I bring the yak in after my wife goes to bed and get up before she does to take it out, well... Just make sure to use a drop cloth if anything might drip off the boat.
