: I just read some/most of your building notes on your website, still laughing.
Yes, people who see my handiwork tend to laugh a lot.
: ...maybe 4 people would be better, someone that you do not
: mind yelling at when giving instructions...
: Let us know if you make a stab at it, and how you fare.
You gotta be kidding. After that?! I somehow get the drift that the cloth needs to be draped over the hull and smoothed out all pretty and neat before committing it to a wet-out, and this is why it is applied to a "dry" hull. So that is what I shall do.
Leslie is a great helper, except when I yell at her; work then slows down while she diverts her attention to pummeling the hell out of me. It also takes a while to resume since I must first recover from my injuries before proceeding. I generally find it most efficient to stay on her good side.
: I also want to know how you like the Mill Creek paddling when that time
: comes!
Yessir, I want to know all about that too. But I'm not sure how worthwhile any reports from yours truly may be, since the only yak I have ever paddled is my little red Tupperware boat. I will certainly give it a shot, however.
Cheers,
Kurt
