Water and a soft cotton cloth should do fine.
You need to use water (maybe with a bit of ammonia) to cut through the amine blush anyhow, so why not use it now?
If you use anything other than water be certain to wear protective gloves so the solvents don't soak into your skin. Acetone is particularly bad in that regard.
The sanding dust in NOT a healthy item, so you will want to discard your damp cloth after using it. Don;t shake it out and get that dust into the air. A cloth dampened with water can be simply discarded. One which has been soaked in a flammable solvent requires more care.
